What If My Home Doesn't Sell?

Do we have to pay with the possibility of our property not selling? No, not really. You can pay the $288 listing fee upfront at the time you list, or opt to defer, but even if your home doesn't sell during the listing contract - we'll still continue to list the property until sold at no extra fee.
If you choose to take it off the market and later re-list, we'll honor the original fee and re-list at no additional charge.
